We offer standard shipping for purchases within countries/regions including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau Special Administrative Region, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Taiwan Region, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

For orders containing multiple items, we will ship the package once all items are ready.

Please make sure the full address, including country/region, province/state, city/area, street address, building, and apartment number, if applicable and Postal Code/ZIP code, is submitted when placing your order.

For recipients in the United States, please provide the complete physical address in English. Please note: we cannot guarantee successful shipments to P.O. Boxes due to the lack of accessibility for carriers. Orders with a P.O. Box shipping address may be canceled. HoloKit online store is not responsible for any shipment loss, damage or failure when a P.O. Box is used as the shipping address.

For recipients in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao Special Administration Regions, please provide the complete address in Chinese.

For recipients in Taiwan Region, please provide the complete address in Chinese along with the recipient(s)' ID number. Please also make sure that the recipient(s) are registered with and approved by EZ WAY.

For recipients in Japan, please provide the complete address in Japanese, including the 7-digit Postal Code, along with an 11-digit mobile phone number (starting with 050, 070, 080, or 090) or 10-digit phone number of the recipient (starting with 0).

For recipients in South Korea, please provide the complete address in Korean, including the 5-digit Postal Code, the recipient(s)' Personal Customs Clearance Code, and an 11-digit mobile phone number of the recipient (starting with 010).

For recipients in Brazil, please include the recipient(s)' personal customs number (CPF) in addition to the full address in English.

For recipients in any other regions/countries, please provide the complete address in English.

Delivery time varies between different carriers and/or shipping destinations and will require additional time during holiday seasons. Duties and taxes incurred at customs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. HoloKit online store is not responsible for any duties or charges related to customs. Please double-check the recipient's address included in the order confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation email, which may show up in the Spam / Promotion folder of your email mailbox, after two hours, you might have provided a wrong email address. If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address/email address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. HoloKit online store will charge an additional shipping fee as needed. HoloKit online store is not responsible for incorrect shipping/email information. HoloKit online store does not refund shipping charges for packages that the recipient rejects.

Return

At Holokit, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible service. Our products are shipped from Hong Kong and delivered internationally to each customer. Due to the optics features of HoloKit X and the complexity of global shipping, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer unnecessary returns or exchanges. Please read the product description and watch the video carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, you can contact us at info@holokit.io and we will be happy to assist you. To ensure the safe delivery of your goods, the shipping address and contact phone number provided should be accurate, and the phone and email must be kept clear. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will make every effort to contact you. Still, if we are unable to reach the receiver within 7 days or if the receiver do not respond to the email reminder, the goods will be destroyed by the carrier in accordance with international shipping requirements. Additionally, returns or exchanges will not be processed for purchase errors unrelated to the product's functionality or damage or scratches that occur during use.
